TJ Theisen, President and CEO
Theisen has led WalkUHome LLC through a period of significant change since he was named CEO in October 2022. He redefined its mission from a homebuyer’s concierge service to a digital platform network that will serve millions of Americans. He restructured the management team and introduced a culture that celebrates innovation and teamwork. Investments were made in technology and business operations. Protocols were put in place to safeguard the company’s fiscal health. The company is more agile and aligned to meet future demand in the real estate marketplace.
Before joining the company, Theisen served as an executive in the manufacturing industry where he deployed global supply chains. He drove sales growth through effective positioning with stakeholders around the world. His achievements highlight his commitment to unparalleled service and creating value for customers and investors alike.
Jaime Borashko
Jaime Borashko, Chief Customer Officer
A mortgage and real estate professional with decades of experience, Jaime is passionate about helping people understand the value of homeownership. She most recently advised brokerages and real estate companies how to grow market share and revenue as an expert consultant at UWM, the largest wholesale lender in the United States. She oversees all aspects of the customer journey at Bevel, including delivering the customer experience and working with our national network of real estate agents and lenders.
Charles Phillips
Charles Phillips, Chief Financial Officer of Bevel, brings over 40 years of experience in financial services, including leadership roles in banking, technology, and insurance. A Purdue University graduate, Charles joined Bevel to participate in simplifying and enhancing the home-buying experience. He is dedicated to creating seamless, innovative solutions for clients nationwide.

Mike Walton is a distinguished mortgage and business executive with over two decades of expertise in origination, multi-tier leadership, and organizational strategy. A visionary leader, he is dedicated to expanding access to homeownership through innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth and industry transformation.
In his previous role at UWM, Mike led high-performing teams of consultants and recruiting specialists, empowering brokerages to scale their operations and strengthen their market presence. Now, as Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Partnerships at Bevel, he is at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge systems, market strategies, and strategic alliances. His leadership ensures the optimization of partnership growth while delivering maximum value to members, reinforcing Bevel’s position as an industry leader.
