He restructured the management team and introduced a culture that celebrates innovation and teamwork. Investments were made in technology and business operations. Protocols were put in place to safeguard the company’s fiscal health. The company is more agile and aligned to meet future demand in the real estate marketplace.
Before joining the company, Theisen served as an executive in the manufacturing industry where he deployed global supply chains. He drove sales growth through effective positioning with stakeholders around the world. His achievements highlight his commitment to unparalleled service and creating value for customers and investors alike.

At Bevel, as the lead of customer strategy, ensuring an exceptional experience across every stage of the homeownership journey. My role is to advocate for our customers—partners, homebuyers, lenders, and real estate professionals—by creating seamless, data-driven, and personalized experiences that drive growth and loyalty.
My expertise spans both B2B and B2C customer engagement, optimizing relationships with enterprise clients while scaling high-volume customer interactions. Customer experience is not just about satisfaction—it’s about building trust, delivering value, and creating lasting relationships.
Charles Phillips
Charles Phillips, Chief Financial Officer of Bevel, brings over 40 years of experience in financial services, including leadership roles in banking, technology, and insurance. A Purdue University graduate, Charles joined Bevel to participate in simplifying and enhancing the home-buying experience. He is dedicated to creating seamless, innovative solutions for clients nationwide.

In his previous role at UWM, Mike led high-performing teams of consultants and recruiting specialists, empowering brokerages to scale their operations and strengthen their market presence.
As COO of BEVEL, he is at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge systems, market strategies, and strategic alliances. His leadership ensures the optimization of partnership growth while delivering maximum value to members, reinforcing BEVEL’s position as an industry leader.
