He redefined its mission from a homebuyer’s concierge service to a digital platform network that will serve millions of Americans. He restructured the management team and introduced a culture that celebrates innovation and teamwork. Investments were made in technology and business operations. Protocols were put in place to safeguard the company’s fiscal health. The company is more agile and aligned to meet future demand in the real estate marketplace.
Before joining the company, Theisen served as an executive in the manufacturing industry where he deployed global supply chains. He drove sales growth through effective positioning with stakeholders around the world. Charles Phillips, Chief Financial Officer of Bevel, brings over 40 years of experience in financial services, including leadership roles in banking, technology, and insurance. A Purdue University graduate, Charles joined Bevel to participate in simplifying and enhancing the home-buying experience.
