No, our services cost you nothing. There is no program enrollment fee, no subscription fee, no charge from BEVEL. You still pay standard third-party fees (title, escrow, recording), involved in homeownership but our closing credit can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs. No hidden charges from us.

Documentation & Delivery:
Both credits appear as separate line items on your Closing Disclosure under “Seller/Lender Credits.” You see a single combined net reduction in your cash-to-close figure.
You are not required to use BEVEL's Lending and Real Estate Professional Network; however, the sum of the Closing Credit is attached to such use.
Partial Participation:
If you use only one BEVEL-approved partner: with only the lender, you still get the 0.5% loan-amount credit. With only the realtor, you still get the 0.5% purchase-price credit.
Credits from non–BEVEL-approved providers are not guaranteed.
